The television’s biggest day was here, and obviously all the eyes were on the hits and misses of the Primetime Emmys’ Red Carpet. Emmy Awards, for years, has not only brought out the best in the television world, but also in fashion.
Well, it seems all the stars and the stylists have worked hard this year and have upped their game at the Emmys, as selecting the best list was more than a challenge.
As for the Best Dressed –
“The Good Place” actress Kristen Bell stole the show in a plunging, floral-printed Zuhair Murad gown.
“Quantico” star Priyanka Chopra has practically proved that red on the red carpet can be breathtaking with her gorgeous Jason Wu gown. Not to forget, Jason Wu is a favorite of First Lady Michelle Obama.
“The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” Sarah Paulson literally turned heads in the heavily beaded Prada gown that was perfect to have worn while accepting her long-overdue award.
“Games of Thrones” Emilia Clarke actually nailed that simple but sexy look in her sparkling nude Atelier Versace dress with a draped neckline that hugged her physique in all the right places. In fact she made the bold statement in that dress which seamlessly blended into the skin without actually flashing much flesh.
“America’s Got Talent” judge Heidi Klum stood out in her sequined, white Michael Kors dress with a thigh-high slit. In our opinion, only Klum could pull off that look.
Model Emily Ratajkowski got it perfectly right for her surprise appearance at the Emmys with her midnight blue, mermaid style Zac Posen gown. The inky, purple-navy hue is intriguing and the strokeable silk with structural and ruffled detailing picks up gorgeously on camera.
“Desperate Housewives” Felicity Huffman elegantly floated down the arrivals area in this Tony Ward gown that, to be honest, not only gave out the romantic and princess look but resembled freshly fallen snow. Pairing it with stunning chandelier earrings was something that made it even better.
